Romeo and Juliet
This story I really love it. Seeing the performance of this story allows me to love it more and understand it better. When I was in high school, I saw the movie. However, the movie I saw was the same as we watched in class last week. The one that I saw before was kind of an old version. The people involved in the act were adults, not young, as this was. The adjusted storyline of the movie captivated me, prompting a reevaluation of scenes to grasp their true import. The affluence of the Capulets sharply contrasts with the modest circumstances of the Montagues in the neighborhood. Romeo's fateful encounter with Juliet at the Capulet's annual gathering sparks an immediate and heartening romance. Despite societal disparities, Romeo passionately pursues Juliet, confronting numerous challenges. Tragically, Romeo erroneously believes Juliet has consumed poison, and in a cruel twist, he passes away just moments before Juliet regains consciousness. Left desolate and unable to endure solitude, Juliet takes her own life upon discovering Romeo's fate. This emotional odyssey, initially uplifting, eventually guides me through feelings of sadness, anger, and disappointment.
The story of these two young is very famous. Everyone in the world has heard bout them. But seeing the movie, I don't think so. I would recommend anyone watch the movie to really enjoy each scene. Going through this experience was a great opportunity for me to get a better understanding of the story of these two young men.
I loved the story too... and give us a lesson about decision making that we have to be mindful of our actions that were going to do .
ReplyDeleteSeeing it live helps to convey the emotions between the lines, especially because the actors are so good.
ReplyDeleteYESSS, the live film was really good because it actually showed specific details about everything and it wasn't as fast as the performance we watched in class.
