The Tale of Genji

Creating this infographic proved to be an enjoyable and enriching experience. As I revisited the readings, it provided me with a fresh perspective on "The Tale of Genji." The process allowed me to see the play from a different angle and enhanced my understanding of the story. Before delving into this project, I struggled to grasp the intricacies of the narrative. However, as I engaged with the material while creating the infographic, I gained a clearer understanding of the story, including the roles played by each character and their underlying meanings. I encountered no difficulties once I comprehended the requirements of the midterm project. Initially, there was some confusion about what was expected, but after the professor took the time to clarify and provide additional details in the assignment, I gained a clear understanding of the project's concept. You may be asked why you chose that reading? The reason why I selected this particular piece of literature is because I find it interesting, and I really love it; I want to learn more about it and how each scene was developed.
